Group Pilates.

Pilates classes offer more than a hundred exercises that will help you tone your abdominals, arms, legs, and strengthen your back. Use of small props is included.

Group Yoga.

Yoga classes will help you tone and strengthen muscles, reduce stress, and possibly achieve mental harmony.  Traditional Hatha Yoga, no frills, safe, progressive, clearly instructed.


We also offer Private sessions suitable for pregnant women, post-rehabilitative clients, and persons with special conditions whom are not yet ready for group classes or whom wish to excel in their individual performance.


Mondays classes are held at the Holistic Family Wellness Centre

Currently we are in an 8 week session: Sept 11th – Nov 6th, 2017

  • Pilates Mat 5:30-6:30pm
  • Gentle Hatha Yoga 6:45-8:00pm

Please contact us to drop into a class or to join for a full session (recommended).

Thursdays classes are held at the Port Hope Health Center

Currently we are in a 13 week session: Sept 14th – Dec 7th, 2017

  • Intermediate Yoga 4:30-5:30pm
  • Pilates Mat (Level 1-2) 5:45-6:45pm
